Hi, we’re Shaina and Tyler. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. We’re food centric individuals with the belief in nourishing our bodies with quality ingredients. Through community, gardening, and farming we can create food systems that make this accessible to ourselves and those around us. We operate a microfarm and bakery operating under the Colorado Cottage Food Act.
Flour, salt, and water. These are the base ingredients for a good loaf of sourdough bread; It’s simple really. This serves as our reminder that some of the best things come in the simplest forms. We hope you feel the same and enjoy our products.
