Currently we are only taking pick-up orders for the below locations and times. Orders must be placed at least two days in advance. We do not ship.

Fridays at The Refillary Parker (19501 E. Parker Square Dr. Parker, CO 80134) between 10AM-6PM. NOTE: We do not have a pick-up on Friday, July 10th.

Saturdays at the Elbert County Marketplace (4189 SH-86, Elizabeth, CO 80107) from 9AM – 2PM. 2026 Market dates are: July 25th, August 8th, August 22nd, September 5th, September 19th, October 3rd, October 17th, October 31st, November 7th, November 14th, November 21st, November 28th, December 5th, and December 19th.

Unable to pick up at either of these? Check out BlueTrane Heritage Farm’s CSA delivery schedule. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. You can pick up locally grown produce, eggs, and other goodies alongside our bread. You can order from their CSA Here! They do pickups every other week on Fridays to Kiowa, Elizabeth, Franktown, Parker, Castle Rock, Aurora, Littleton, Sedalia, Centennial, Colorado Springs, and Denver.

Our whole wheat loaf is about 50% whole wheat and 50% all purpose. We use einkorn flour, which is an ancient grain. Einkorn flour is often considered more nutritious, unmodified, and more drought tolerant.
