Currently we are only taking pick-up orders for the below locations and times. Orders must be placed at least two days in advance. We do not ship.

Fridays at The Refillary Parker (19501 E. Parker Square Dr. Parker, CO 80134) between 10AM-6PM. No pick-ups on December 26th due to Holidays.

Saturdays at the Elbert County Marketplace (4189 SH-86, Elizabeth, CO 80107) from 9AM – 2PM. Last market 12/20/2025. These will start back up in April 2026!

Our whole wheat loaf is about 50% whole wheat and 50% all purpose. We use einkorn flour, which is an ancient grain. Einkorn flour is often considered more nutritious, unmodified, and more drought tolerant.
