If you purchase the “Kit and Supplies” option, we’ll provide everything you need at the Workshop! This includes a banneton (proofing basket), bench scraper, bowl scraper, scoring lame/razor with extra blades, dough whisk, recipe, sourdough starter, mixing bowl and towel.

NOTE *

• You selected the option to attend the sourdough workshop without the kit and supplies. Please acknowledge that your are responsible in bringing all the required tools with you to the workshop. These are 2 mixing bowls, a large kitchen towel, and a whisk or rubber spatula. Optional: bench scraper and banneton (in place of 1 mixing bowl)
